James is the clinical Director of JE Care & Consultants Ltd based here at Primrose.

He is a Biomechanical Expert, lead soft tissue therapist and an advanced Dry needling practitioner along with other skills.

Qualifying Feb 2017, James has developed his skills and keen interest in the biomechanical function of the musculoskeletal system from head to toe. James loves data, his previous career found him buying and selling connectors and cables, learning the ins and outs of a distribution company, sharpening his skills in customer service, accounts, marketing and much more.


James is passionate about JE Care and knows a successful business is run using data, system and processes and this is no different to the human body. A top performing athlete at the peak of their game has a strict regime, follows systems and processes to improve the overall performance of the human body therefore, integrating this into his healthcare business is the only way to treat accurately with data driven results from the use of the technology available to us in this day and age.


James is always looking at ways to develop and improve his healthcare business by staying up to date with the latest technologies and processes to use to his advantage offering his patients a superior approach to healthcare.

Sports injuries

Whether an elite athlete or weekend warrior, there isn't much JE care hasn't treated and we use a range of hand/ massage techniques, along with acupuncture or Dry needling, Rock Taping, exercises and stretching techniques


Dry Needling

Insertion of acupuncture needles into trigger points of muscles to aid recovery.

Sports Massage

A sports massage works deep into the muscle tissues helping to realign the muscle fibres and connective tissue (fascia), increasing blood flow to the muscles and flushing away the toxins in the body.
